“Haru Café”, located in Ichinomiya-cho, Fuefuki City, is a small confectionery shop that mainly sells chiffon cakes.
The chiffon cake, which "I want you to tear it by hand and eat it", uses eggs from Yamanashi Prefecture and takes time to make the meringue, resulting in a light, soft and fluffy finish.
It has a gentle taste that is not too sweet, so it is sure to please children as a snack or as a gift!
Order cakes can also be reserved for birthdays and anniversaries.
