Mouko Tanmen Nakamoto, famous for its Karauma Ramen, opened its first store in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
Not only is it spicy, but the addictive taste of richness attracts fans.
Starting with the signature Mouko Tanmen, the Hokukoku Ramen with a spiciness level of 9, the miso-based soup has a good balance of the spiciness of chili peppers and the sweetness of vegetables.
For those who don't like spicy food, there is salt tanmen that is not spicy at all, and miso tanmen with just the right amount of spiciness.
Chilled tanmen is recommended because you can adjust the amount of soup you put on yourself.
