“Zangi Torimasa Main Store” is where you can enjoy sake while tasting the Hokkaido specialty “Zangi”.
Seasoned zangi is of course delicious as is, but the Kushiro style is to eat it with Worcestershire sauce and plenty of pepper.
In addition to the counter and one table, the small shop has a standing bar area, so you can enjoy a quick drink and eat.
In addition to homemade potato chips and potato salad, there are delicious snacks such as obanzai that go well with alcohol.
