The second branch of the popular Koji Cafe Yuyuto in Chuo City, “Koji Cafe Sansanto,” has opened in Kofu City.

Based on the concept of "beauty and health from food", we offer dishes using medicinal herbs in addition to the standard fermentation.All natural brewed seasonings are used, and even those who are new to medicinal foods such as ginger and jujube can easily incorporate it, and the more you chew, the more delicious it becomes.

Yamanashi's first novel idea Let's aim for beauty from the inside by eating the "eating beauty treatment salon" menu with Mr. Hikaru.
