Momona Kashiten is a hideaway patisserie that is quietly located in Kamiishida, Kofu City.
On the other side of the small door, a white-based gallery-like space spreads out.
Handmade sweets are decorated with flowers, and there are 5 types of cakes such as rare cheese, gateau chocolate, shortcake using seasonal fruits, and 5 types of baked sweets such as cookies and financiers.
The sweets lined up in a shop that looks like a small museum are like works of art.
