A fish shop that has been in the seafood wholesale processing business in Kai City for 60 years will set up a retail sales space in October 2022 and open “Marusan Shokudo” in 10.
The idea of ``delicious fish even in Yamanashi Prefecture, where there is no sea'' has been passed down from generation to generation, and the marinated fish woven with a secret lees is surprisingly delicious.
You can enjoy salmon and silver cod pickled in Saikyo and sake lees in a set meal that is healthy, nutritionally balanced, and that makes full use of techniques and tastes that will delight all five senses.
The handmade taste that spares no time and effort permeates the organs and viscera, giving you vitality for tomorrow!
