Located quietly in a private house, Yama no Roastery is a roastery that offers more than 70 varieties of carefully selected coffee beans from all over the world and roasts them on the spot.
While looking at the menu chart charting bitterness, sourness, roasting degree, etc., the staff will listen carefully one-on-one and let you taste it, so you can take out your own coffee.
