A restaurant that prides itself on its tonkatsu, the King of Tsukuba Pork, made with carefully selected ingredients.
The pork is finely textured, full-bodied, and fresh.Uses highly nutritious bread crumbs containing a lot of germinated brown rice.With an original fryer, the heat is transmitted to the core of the meat, allowing you to enjoy the crispy and juicy taste of the meat.
Pork soup is also served with miso dissolved just before serving.Bando Miso Nikomi Udon is the shop's best recommendation.Uses Kakukyu miso, a purveyor to the Imperial Household Agency.Bando Taro's Miso Nikomi Udon is the only place in the prefecture where you can taste it!
