Chef Ishizuka, who has many years of experience, prepares Italian cuisine in an open kitchen that includes plenty of delicious local Yamanashi vegetables and seasonal ingredients.
You can choose from 7 types of pasta and appetizers that change every month, lunch a la carte, and dinner with a course, so you can enjoy it in a different way at each time.
