“Oyatsu no Kokoro misorado” runs a small confectionery studio in Katsunuma-cho, Koshu City.
As one of the diverse options for food, we are particular about using 100% plant-based ingredients that are pleasing to the body, and we make baked sweets and bread by hand.The muffins and cakes mainly use Yamanashi-produced fruits and pesticide-free vegetables (such as Marukami Farm in Shioyama), and various types are lined up in the store depending on the season.
They also sell bagel sandwiches when they open an outdoor store.Check Instagram for schedules such as business days!
