I arrived at around 10:40 and waited in line outside for an hour before finally being able to buy it.You can see the bread being baked in the back, and buy freshly baked bread at the right time...

I went before opening, but there were about 5 people in line.Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.It was a very delicious croissant.
