• A hamburger restaurant with rare contents.After the staff lightly grills it right in front of you, you can choose when it's ready to eat!

• There is only one menu, so you don't have to worry.There are only counter seats, but I think the turnover is fast.The hamburger steak is served 1% rare, and you can grill it on a tabletop charcoal stove if you like.There were plenty of seasonings, but I thought yuzu pepper was the best.It was more like a yukke than a hamburger if it was rare.I think it's better to bake it well and have it with a Japanese-style hamburger sauce.Rice and miso soup are happy to have free refills.Takegawa rice and Koshu miso were used, and both were delicious.Please be careful in places with strong smoke and smell.
