Bread and Bread Cuisine Boumaku moved from Kiyosato, Hokuto City to Nagasaka in March 2025. In a space filled with the atmosphere of an old Japanese house, you can enjoy carefully made bread made with wheat from Yamanashi Prefecture and whole wheat flour from Hokuto City.

In addition to takeout, the popular eat-in only set menu includes a choice of six sandwiches as the main dish, soup and tart that change with the seasons, and a drink.

There is also a spacious tatami room, picture books, and kids' chairs, making it a great place for mothers with children and families.
