An izakaya where you can enjoy delicious food and sake from Yamanashi.The unusual name "Houtau" means hoto, and the owner's family owns a hoto shop, so the hoto served at the end is exquisite!
The specialty steamed kneaded dough comes in 4 bite-sized servings, perfect for drinking.
In addition, if you want to taste dishes that go well with sake and wine, such as stewed cherry offal stewed in miso and small bowls made with seasonal ingredients, head to Hau Tau.
