A sweets shop located in Oishi Petit Pension Village surrounded by nature in Fujikawaguchiko Town.Baked sweets, western sweets, and bread line the shelves.
All the sweets and breads are handmade, and they are particular about using high-quality ingredients such as flour and fresh cream from Hokkaido, Yotsuba butter, raw sugar from Tanegashima, and safe and secure eggs directly from the farm.
The most popular is the pichivier, a traditional French pastry baked with almond cream in folded pie crust.As a souvenir or as a reward for yourself ◎
