A bakery that was popular in Saitama moved to Yamanashi and opened “AMPEL GRAINFACTORY” in Kofu in the summer of 2022.
The bread, which is carefully selected and uses only organic, pesticide-free, and chemical fertilizer-free bread, is not only delicious, but can be enjoyed safely and securely.
All breads are made with fresh whole wheat flour milled with a stone mill in the workshop.
From hard breads to soft and chewy white breads and sweet breads, all of them are full of deep flavors.
