"Bread and pie hosori" boasts hand-made bread using homemade yeast and hand-folded pie made over 4 days.
It stands quietly in a quiet residential area, and many people may not notice the appearance of a normal one-story building as a store.
Don't use big machines, use your own mixer! Based on the belief that "manual work is absolutely delicious", the bread and pies that are carefully handmade without any hassle are full of simple taste.
Please enjoy the rich flavor of domestic wheat.
