In May 2022, the new "Wine and Yakitori Imuro" was opened in Marunouchi, Kofu City, and the "Yakitori Specialty Store" was opened as a sister store of the Oden specialty store "Hakata Shirayu Oden Yuroya" in the center of Kofu City.
You can enjoy yakitori with sake one by one like a course meal, and you can eat rare parts such as "Furisode", "Harami", "Seseri", and "Chochin".The chickens are mainly Koshu chicken and Shingen chicken.
Alcohol can be beer or sake, but the owner recommends a number of wines from the prefecture.
