Founded in 1832, this historic Japanese sweets shop stands along Sakuramachi Dori in the center of Kofu.
It is also the birthplace of Yamanashi's famous confectionery "Tsuki no Shizuku" that has been around for over 100 years, and many fans are looking forward to it every year.
In addition, seasonal Japanese sweets are carefully made one by one, and the owner's thoughts are conveyed as he eats.
