"Yamanashi Rice & Cafe Tank fune" opened on the 1st floor of "Kuramoto Rice & Cafe Sake Brewery" run by Yoro Sake Brewery.
In contrast to the oar where you can enjoy the kuramoto menu using sake lees, you can enjoy the "Sake brewery's old man" who is particular about the fruits and ingredients of Yamanashi.
In addition to dishes that make generous use of agricultural produce, the restaurant offers a wide range of tempting menu items, including sake parfaits unique to sake breweries and parfaits filled with seasonal fruits from Yamanashi.
