"Yamanashi Rice & Cafe Tank fune" opened on the 1st floor of "Kuramoto Rice & Cafe Sake Brewery" run by Yoro Sake Brewery.
In contrast to the oar where you can enjoy the kuramoto menu using sake lees, you can enjoy the "Sake brewery's old man" who is particular about the fruits and ingredients of Yamanashi.
In addition to dishes that use abundant agricultural products grown in the land of "Noppui" made from the volcanic ash of Yatsugatake, there is a rich lineup of fascinating menus such as the sake parfait unique to sake breweries and the parfait full of seasonal fruits in Yamanashi.
