The tanmen specialty store "Tanmen Afro" is different from the so-called ordinary tanmen.
Based on the punchy tanmen of garlic, which is popular mainly in Aichi and Gifu prefectures, we have added originality.
An original soup based on light pork bone soy sauce, and crispy thin noodles straight homemade noodles with spicy miso that you can choose spicy.
Although it is pork bone, you can enjoy plenty of vegetables such as cabbage and Chinese cabbage.
Rare char siu with shoulder butt is moist and juicy!
