"Jinenjo-tei" near Tsuru-shi station in Tsuru-shi is a shop directly managed by a farmer where you can taste the natural yam produced in Tsuru.
Natural yams grown in the mountains of Tsuru using a cultivation method that is closer to nature are said to be as long as 2m.We want you to enjoy the tenacious and flavorful natural yam.
In addition to tororo rice, we also recommend okonomiyaki-style Jinjo-yaki, which is kneaded with natural yam, and natural yam soup.Jinenjo donuts come in plain, strawberry, and matcha flavors, making them perfect as souvenirs. Feel free to take out your lunch!
