The first Yamanashi store of "Talk about dreams" was founded as a place where young people can easily talk about "dreams" while eating ramen.A young man from Hokkaido, the youngest shopkeeper in Japan, has finally fulfilled his dream of opening a business in Yamanashi.
It's a Jiro-type heaping ramen, and its volume is more than you can imagine, but don't worry because you can choose the amount of all noodles.
By the way, even mini ramen weighs 150g, which is a general ramen size.It's nice to have plenty of cabbage and bean sprouts, and rich vegetables.
