Taiwanese castella, which was popular in a limited number at the izakaya "Ajimi" in the center of Kofu, has finally become a takeout specialty store !!
The fluffy texture of Taiwanese castella, which is made by breaking each egg and carefully baking it, uses healthy and delicious cherry eggs from the Tanabe chicken farm grown at the foot of Mt. Fuji.
A new product with cream cheese and fresh custard cream sandwiched between chilled Taiwanese castella is also available.The cupped Taiwanese castella is perfect for walking around.
