A creative Japanese restaurant opens in Fujimi Town, Kofu City.
You can enjoy a variety of authentic dishes prepared by a female owner from Kansai.Everything from the carefully selected seasonings to handmade is made with great care.
We recommend the fluffy Kansai omelet rolls, which are soaked in a gentle soup stock that you can't really taste in Yamanashi.In addition, we also recommend the rind Paris salt-grilled chicken with homemade miso with butterbur sprout that goes well with sake.
