• The ``Winter Warm Buffet Event'' held on January 1th seemed to be a great success for both the first and second parts. The extremely tender and delicious Kuroge Wagyu roast beef was cut in front of us. The sushi made with southern tuna delivered directly from Shimizu Port is delicious with different parts of the tuna being fatty. It quickly sold out. There were two types of hotpot: oyster hotpot and fishball hotpot, both of which were delicious and full of vegetables. It was a fun event with plenty of cakes and Japanese sweets, and a bingo tournament.

• There was a 4nd anniversary buffet event on April 29th.There was a roast beef cutting service and freshly squeezed Mont Blanc.A small pot of cheese fondue was served to the table.The roast beef was tender and delicious.There were lots of Chateraise SweetS and ice cream, so I was satisfied.

• For two days on the 24th and 25th, an event called "Autumn Preemptive Gourmet" was held.There are many dishes such as wild tuna sushi, roast beef cutting service, and hors d'oeuvres.Of course there were cakes and freshly squeezed Mont Blanc, all of which were delicious.There were also pasta and pizza with plenty of mushrooms like autumn.

• I used it for lunch, but I wanted to eat sweets, so I ordered a sweets buffet.I had the Basque cheesecake and was so happy I ate a lot!It was rich but refreshing!

• The shaved ice of peaches from Yamanashi prefecture is the best in the heat wave ❗
  However, there is also a mixed smoothie of peaches from Yamanashi prefecture, so I get lost.
  The sweets buffet also has white peach jelly and peach and plum torte, so I am very satisfied.The staff will serve the buffet from the showcase, so you can rest assured that it is hygienic.

• If you want to eat a lot of sweets, I use this restaurant.The lunch and sweets buffet is also great, and I'm happy that you can use the sweets buffet alone.There was a lot of ice cream and there was a very popular chocolate bucky.There are many kinds of cakes.The apple pie was hot and delicious as it served freshly baked in half the size.

• I participated in the anniversary event held on April 4rd and 23th.The highlights are "all-you-can-eat raw Mont Blanc," "sushi held by Mr. Itamae," and "roast beef cutting service."The food was really a lot of curry, seafood bowl, appetizer, salad, pasta, pizza, udon noodles.There were also lots of Chateraise cakes and ice cream.What I was most looking forward to was all-you-can-eat raw Mont Blanc.Place Chateraise oat cookies on the sponge cake, squeeze the cream, and top with the Japanese chestnut paste yourself.The staff taught me carefully, so I was able to do it well.The chestnut paste was rich and very delicious

• I participated in the premium buffet event held on February 2th and 26th.There was a wide variety of dishes and cakes from around the world.The roast beef was very soft and very delicious.There are only a few cakes made by Yatsudoki, and I was satisfied with the various types of cakes.

• Although it is a restaurant in the hotel, the price was reasonable and the volume was good.
  The dessert buffet is not bite-sized, but the regular-sized cakes and macaroons offered at Chateraise are all-you-can-eat, which is very satisfying!
