The first Yamanashi store of Kimi and Whipped, a pure castella specialty store from Taiwan.
Opened on the 1st floor of Feria, where fashionable general stores and select shops in Kofu are lined up!
As the name suggests, we are particular about egg yolk and meringue, and the Taiwanese castella of "Fuwasshuwa" uses plenty of local eggs from Ako and butter from Hokkaido, promising deliciousness beyond imagination.
If you make a reservation, you can take it home according to the baking time.There are over-the-counter sales, but it is recommended to make a phone reservation to get it.
