The special "hoto" is handmade noodles.You can enjoy Yamanashi's traditional additive-free Koshu miso soup made from pesticide-free wheat flour from Hokuto City, boiled and dried, bonito, and kelp soup stock.
Koshu miso has a very good aroma and a light saltiness, so it produces a cup of moderate taste.Another signboard menu "Ozara" is also recommended.A simple menu in which hoto noodles are boiled and chilled, and then boiled in warm soy sauce.
