Galette originated in Brittany, France, and means "flat and round" in French.There is only a former buckwheat shop, and the buckwheat flour used is 100% domestically produced!
It has a chewy texture, and if you eat it with plenty of ingredients on top, the taste will fill your mouth.It is recommended to combine it with a drink cider using apples ♪
