This shop near the city hall in Yamanashi city.
Based on the concept of "bread that you want to give to someone," we use homemade natural yeast and "kaihonoka" that are safe and secure, and we are particular about local production for local consumption.
It makes bread that is kind to the body without using any shortening or margarine, and is carefully made by a manufacturing method that makes use of the ingredients of wheat and brown rice.
Bread that you can enjoy not only the aroma but also the sweetness and deep umami is worth a try!
