"Rakusui" is located in the hot spring inn "Rakusuien" in Yumura, Kofu City.
You can taste soba noodles made from buckwheat flour from Uehara Farm, which won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award.Anyone can visit, not just the guests staying at the hotel, so various people come to enjoy authentic soba noodles.
There is also a menu where you can enjoy Yamanashi such as Koshu simmered chicken and soba noodles with the image of Mt. Fuji, so it is also recommended for tourists ♪
