Founded in 24, Rubian Fuji is a long-established bakery located along the prefectural road Kofu City Ichikawa Sango Line (commonly known as Kokubo Dori).
With more than 40 school lunches in the prefecture, it is loved by many people from children to adults. With 100 types of bread, you can enjoy the taste of the good old days without changing the taste and menu.
There are breads that make you feel nostalgic, such as croquette bread, yakisoba bread, turtle bread and crab bread.
