Ramen Ginji is a ramen shop in the mountains, located in Sasagomachi, Otsuki City, just off Route 20.
The old folk house was renovated and opened in order to create a place where local people can easily gather with authentic ramen.
Ramen and tsukemen made with rich soup centered on beef bones are often visited not only by locals but also from afar.
Keep an eye on Ramen Ginji, which continues to evolve with ramen during the day and izakaya at night.
