Founded in 1964, the most popular restaurant in the prefecture is Horaiken.
As the first store in Japan to restore the disappeared Chinese soba, many fans come from not only the prefecture but also from outside the prefecture.
The famous Chinese soba is thick roast pork with scallions, green onions, seaweed and standard ingredients, and the soup entwined with thinly crispy noodles has a rich soy sauce flavor. If you eat it once, it is a gem that will surely repeat.
Besides, dumplings sticking to homemade skin are supported by many generations, and you can also take out frozen.
