“Oshokudokoro Raku” in Wado-cho, Kofu City (Mukomachi Bypass) offers dishes that are particular about seasonal ingredients.
Before cooking, we serve the soup stock (Katsuo from Yaizu and kelp from Rishiri), which we are proud of, and we also use Shinshu for buckwheat flour and local pear North America for rice.
In addition to tempura, sushi, and soba, we are proud of our set and basket dishes combined with various small bowls.
