A restaurant located in Fujimi Town, Nirasaki City (5-minute walk from Nirasaki Station).
The owner makes use of his experience working at hotels, etc., and welcomes customers with creative bistro regardless of Japanese, Western, or Chinese.
Using locally produced ingredients that are particular to the owner, we offer dishes that are conscious of La Vita, which means "healthy living" and "source of life."
In addition to Yamanashi wine, there may be seasonal wines that are not on the menu, so ask the owner and let them know which wine is right for you!
