Old folk house cafe pamonirupuff is located in a residential area near Fuefuki City Misaka Gymnasium.Here, Hachidoriya opens a store once or twice a month, captivating many people with its unique Asian and ethnic-based cuisine.
The menu that you can eat changes every time, and there are various nationalities and genres such as curry, khao man gai (Thai-style steamed chicken rice), and Cuban sandwiches.The owner, Mr. Baba, wants to make dishes using safe ingredients, so he uses home-grown organic vegetables and homemade seasonings made from domestic ingredients.
Profile
Isao Baba, also known as Hachidoriya, is from Yamanashi.After learning about Italian and American cuisines from around the world for about 15 years in Tokyo, he opened a restaurant in Kamakura that mainly serves ethnic cuisine. Since he returned home in 2018, he has been working in his current style as Hummingbird.
