3 minutes walk from Tsuru University.Café tobira, located along the Tsuru Bypass where college students come and go, is a small antique-style shop that looks like something out of a Ghibli movie.At the shared cafe "café minto", which is open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, you can enjoy freshly baked crispy and fluffy waffles.Inside the store, cute handmade items made by the owner of Mint and imported miscellaneous goods are lined up, which will tickle your girlish heart.

Mr. Takabe, who was making accessories in parallel with the flower shop.Retired from the flower shop where he worked for 16 years in order to put his heart into his handmade work.Opened a share cafe in March 2022 at tobira, which we had a relationship with through consignment sales.

The most popular lunch plate is a set of 2 salty waffles, thick bacon and sausage, which is very filling.If you stuff your mouth with waffles with melted egg yolk, your mouth will be full of happiness~♪ Also, the two sauces, salsa and basil, are handmade by the owner!The salsa in particular has just the right amount of spiciness, so it's also great as a dip for sausages.The sweetness of the batter is different between the dessert waffle and the meal type, so please enjoy each flavor.
