The noodles used are thin and curly from Fujiwara Seimen, a company with a 70-year history, and although they are thin, they are firm and easy to eat. And above all, the grilled pork is amazing!

Although it is large and meaty, it is very tender and satisfying to eat. The toppings are simple, such as bamboo shoots, shredded scallions, and onions, but each ingredient enhances the flavor of the noodles and soup.
