Charcoal-grilled Kin-chanKorean Bar[Marunouchi, Kofu City]
This Korean bar is located on the second floor of Maizuru Building on Kobai Street in Kofu City. Skewers including "Yangkochi", which are popular in Korea, are rotated on an automatic rotating charcoal grill on the table and have become a hot topic on social media. In addition to skewers, there is a wide variety of menu items, from a la carte dishes to hot pot dishes and noodles. Enjoy authentic flavors in an atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in Korea.
If you come to Kimchan, you should definitely try the Korean soju "Chamisul". Of the various flavors, the Muscat flavor is particularly popular for its not-too-sweet, clean aftertaste. The two recommended dishes to pair with this are "Cheese Egg Chim" and "Namul Platter"! The "Namul Platter" is made with bean sprouts, carrots, fern, and spinach, seasoned simply with salt and sesame oil. And the "Cheese Egg Chim", steamed into a soufflé with plenty of eggs and cheese, is surprisingly fluffy! The cheese is rich yet light, making it the perfect match for the refreshing Chamisul. Try this pairing, which is hard to find in Japan.
The noodles are authentic and have a firm texture and a chewy texture that is irresistible! The soup has an excellent balance of saltiness and sweetness that goes perfectly with the noodles, making it very refreshing. The kimchi topping is homemade and not too spicy, making it very easy to eat. You can eat it as a hearty dish or as a final dish!
