Born in Kofu City Lives in Kofu City.
Married at the age of 23, now a mother of 4 small and 2 older children.
While doing housework and childcare, I went to school for two years and studied hard.
Passed the exam in March 2019 and became an associate nurse.
Currently working at HANAZONO Hospital.
Still in the middle of a dream
Walking with my family now and in the future
Mika Sano
I came to Kofu City Nursing College in Shiobe.
This spring, Mika Sano, who was qualified as an associate nurse, visited the classroom she attended for two years.
Mr. Sano has lived a child-centered life since giving birth to his eldest son in 2009 and his eldest daughter in 2013.As my child grows up, I have chosen a work style that suits my child's timing and a job that allows it.
It is a passing point that everyone experiences the moment they become a mother.
Mr. Sano got excited and decided to become a nurse.
The clue that inspired Mr. Sano is ...

You can make it for now!

Mika Sano
Mika Sano, a woman with a dignified beauty in a cool smile.
As soon as I had a child, my life changed to focus on raising children.
I decided to choose a job with an emphasis on ease of work, at a reasonable time that suits my lifestyle while raising children.
"I didn't even think of the job I wanted to do," says Sano.
In such a situation, anxiety and discomfort that suddenly sprouted.
"My child is growing up and I'm getting older. What's left of me after my child really grows up? I'm worried that I'm going to have an empty nest syndrome. (Laughs) ".
Mika Sano
"I want to find something worthwhile for myself!"
Thinking so, Mr. Sano repeatedly asked himself and asked himself, and as a result, he consulted with his family and talked with everyone over and over again.
A nurse is a profession that I originally wanted to do.
"I was really impressed by the nurse who stayed with me until my grandparents died. For him, when his life ends, he is the one who will be involved at the end, but for the rest of the family, that is the restart. That's why it was the nurse who watched over such a new first step. "
Mika Sano
It has been about three years since Mr. Sano decided to become a nurse before he started going to school.
"Since my child was still small, I decided to take a long preparation period. It's time for the children to accept that" because my mom goes to school. "Until the eldest son is in the second grade of elementary school and the eldest daughter is in the nursery school. I waited for three years. "
The child is still small.
I'm a mom.
Even if I pursue my dreams now.
Mr. Sano realized that he had just made excuses and tried not to look at it for various reasons, and swore that he would not give up trying anymore, no matter how long it took or how difficult it was.

"Two years supported by various people

Mr. Sano enrolled in Kofu Nursing College to qualify as an associate nurse.
Two years of hard study have begun.
Mika Sano
"I was prepared, but there were many things I couldn't do more than I had imagined. Time to sleep with my child and time to do housework. It's natural that I can cook but I don't have time to shop and I can't make it without ingredients. I noticed that again (laughs)! "
Balancing housework and study is a very difficult skill for Mr. Sano, a housewife. Sometimes I could only get one or two hours of sleep a day.
Mika Sano
"Depending on the situation, I was called by the school at such a timing, and even though I was thinking of looking at my child, I wasn't sure about it! At that time, my mom friend made up for the shortage."
“Even if I didn't help, the people around me understood how I was doing my best, and many people supported me in the dark,” says Sano.
My husband began to do housework independently rather than cooperating, and even the children cared for Mr. Sano and helped, "Mom, isn't it a test tomorrow?"
"The word" thank you "has come naturally to my friends and family."
Mika Sano
For Mr. Sano, it wasn't just his family that helped him a lot.
"Not only did I do my best, but I was able to overcome many things with the support of the members of the team I studied with."
In particular, it is said that Mr. Kazuemi Chisu, who has the same aspirations, aims for the same place, and has shared a lot of time, was a big presence.
A close friend I met after becoming an adult.
Things at school, studying, dreams, parenting. We talked about everything and encouraged each other.
Mika Sano
Mr. Sano has been working at the hospital as an associate nurse since this spring.Mr. Chisuwa is currently studying for another two years with the aim of becoming a regular nurse.
"Although we are on different paths, Emi-chan is a place where I can always come back. The time I met and shared with such friends supports me now."
Mr. Sano, who gains on-site experience ahead of time, and Mr. Chisuwa, who aims to step up toward further dreams. From now on, we will continue to be good rivals who can stimulate each other while being aware of each other, and will continue to be able to support each other in the event of an emergency.

36 years old, newcomer!

Mr. Sano said that the two years he aimed at the world of nursing was a time when he looked at himself from various angles and faced himself only because he was in contact with human life.
I heard that I could feel myself changing from month to month.
"I studied really hard for two years, and I cried so much that I had never cried in public (laughs). It was over 2 and I spent more time than when I was a student."
Mika Sano
From spring, Mr. Sano has stood at a new starting point as an associate nurse at HANAZONO Hospital.
36 years old, newcomer.
"I can do my best because it's this year that I might have given up saying" Oh, great "when I was young. I studied with my own money, and I'm watching my family. I can't move compared to a young child. I'm tired, sleepy, and have a bad memory. But I don't have any excuses anymore. I'm doing my best every day just to learn as a newcomer, but I'll do my best (laughs). "
Mika Sano
"10 years later, even if I regret" Why didn't I do it at that time? ", I was 46 years old at that time. I'm still 36 years old now. So I'll try anything for the time being!"
People tend to be swept away by the easy side.
I was impressed by Mr. Sano's straight eyes without hesitation, who said, "To pursue your dreams, you have to do a lot of things."

This is not the end

Mr. Sano who acquired the qualification of an associate nurse and got the profession that he had longed for.
After all I want to be a regular nurse ...
The dream that sprouted once and started to move to the next step.
"But now is not the time for me to choose that path," Sano thinks.
"I want to spend the next two years focusing on children again. During the last two years I've been studying hard, I noticed that I couldn't take a hot spring with my son (laughs). The next two years I wonder if that will happen more often. There are a lot of things I can only do now, such as going out with my family together, and that's probably finite. "
Mika Sano
There is never one way of life.
Mr. Sano says that he has more options for living again thanks to his dream of becoming an associate nurse.
"I still have dreams, and this is not the end."
Mr. Sano spends a lot of time feeling the gratitude of people as he creates "now" for Mr. Sano once in a while with various people.
A little shift to a child-centered life.
"The less hands you have, the less you can see your heart. As your child grows, the space in which your parents can intervene will be decided. I think we have a relationship that we can grow up in the future."
"Sometimes my child was 100%, but sometimes I'm not my wife or mother, and I need another item as a person," says Sano.
Two years later, Mr. Sano will surely be moving forward to get another item.

The location is here!
A park that I often go to with children

Chizuka Park
It is located in a residential area, and probably because it also serves as a disaster prevention park, there are few playground equipment and a large lawn spreads out.Elderly grand golf, children's soccer, playing tag, climbing trees, small children's bicycle practice and tricycle debut, parent and child lunch, health promotion walking and running people, various people from morning to night are here I'm spending time in.Somehow, when I go out empty-handed with my children, I can meet my friends even if I don't promise.
A place that I visit even when I'm alone, such as when I'm stressed, I put my children to sleep and then go walking or running early in the morning. There is nothing to block, so I really like the view of the local Yumurayama and the feeling of the four seasons.
