The reason for this counter seat debut project was a word from the owner of the station square store. "I want young people to sit at the counter and enjoy their meals. I think this is the food culture that Japan is proud of."The editorial department was also impressed by the passion, and this project started.

Requests such as "What do you recommend today?" And "I want to eat something with this budget" are unique to counter seats.You can enjoy the interaction with the shopkeeper, which you cannot enjoy by ordering at the table. The owner, who says "the counter is the stage," serves the best dish that can be served under the customer's conditions. "That's why it's delicious, but it's all about itamae," he smiles.However, there is also a weekday-only course where you can enjoy sashimi, fried food, grilled food, and sashimi if you are unsure about what to order for the first time.
