The perfect setting for your special day is the Teppanyaki Restaurant Kan, which just opened in the fall of 2024 inside Chateraise Tatomi. In a luxurious space with only counter seats, you can spend a special night on your special day while enjoying a relaxed and mature atmosphere.
The beautifully presented marinated seafood appetizer whets the appetite and builds anticipation for the next course. It brings out the rich variety of sweetness, savory flavor, and texture of the seafood, marking the start of this exquisite course.
Carefully selected ingredients, simple and profound
When seasonal vegetables are grilled on a hot iron plate, the natural sweetness of the vegetables is concentrated, making them even tastier. The vivid appearance is also eye-catching, and the deep flavor is what makes teppanyaki so appealing. You can also enjoy a change of flavor with three different sauces: a special almond sauce with a unique combination of saltiness and strong and weak flavors, a tomato and purple onion chimichurri sauce, and grated ponzu sauce.
The main dish of the course is a specially selected Japanese Black Beef Sirloin Steak! With its tender and gorgeous marbled meat, it is a special ingredient that has the power to enrich the soul just by looking at it. The seasoning is light, with three types of sauce, including yuzu salt and wasabi, so that you can enjoy it to your own taste. The soft meat juice that overflows in your mouth and the moderate sweetness of the fat support the ultimate dining experience.
The sizzling sound and the fragrant aroma of the cooked rice tickle your nostrils, and the clay pot rice is ready at the perfect time. Milky Queen rice from Yamanashi Prefecture is sticky and fluffy.
