You can choose from three types of soup: malatang, a spicy soup representative of Sichuan province in China; a mild plain soup; and a tomato flavor with a good balance of sweetness and sourness. As I love spicy food, I chose the malatang without hesitation. There is also a wide variety of flavor-changing options available, and you can add as much as you like yourself.

One sip of the soup. It's spicy... but delicious ♡ The numbing spiciness of the hua jiao and the tingling heat of the chili peppers are addictive! These cute orange-striped crab dumplings are a must-have for the spicy soup. The crunchy texture inside is amazing. And the chewy beef tendon noodles really taste like meat. It's also fun to try different noodles, such as glass noodles, corn noodles, and sweet potato noodles, which are smooth and easy to swallow.

The plain soup has a creamy and gentle taste that is packed with the umami of chicken stock and other ingredients, and goes perfectly with any ingredients. We added some natural purple instant ramen noodles!
