This shop is directly managed by a "Bean to Bar" craft chocolate manufacturer based in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture. In order to make the most of the flavor of the cacao beans from each region, they do not blend the beans at all, and instead use the "single origin method" to make their craft chocolate, which is very popular as it allows you to feel the terroir of the land!
You can directly taste the original aroma, flavor, sourness, and bitterness of cacao, making it the perfect gift for discerning adults.

Artisan Palet D'or

This is a bean-to-bar specialty workshop and cafe run by Shunsuke Saegusa, the owner and chef of Chocolatier Palet d'Or in Kiyosato, Yamanashi Prefecture. It is one of the pioneers of the "bean-to-bar" method of producing chocolate from cacao beans in Japan.
This limited edition Valentine's Day gift set includes five different flavors: Caramel Lacté, Amaou Special, Melange Bitter Coconut, Gianduja, and Praline. You can enjoy carefully selected, roasted, and pressed cocoa beans.

Choci Yamanashi

This shop, which just opened in November 2025 in Isawa-cho, Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, has three faces: bakery, patisserie, and chocolatier. In addition to the bakery you can use every day and the beautiful patisserie, the chocolatier is hot right now!
The colorful Choki Balls are made with the finest French chocolate, wrapped around nuts and dried fruits, and contain no artificial colorings or preservatives. Yamanashi Fruit Confectionery Wanouka

Yamanashi Fruit Confectionery Wano-ka is packed with the charm of fruits from Yamanashi, the fruit kingdom. This set, which contains fruits from Yamanashi and carefully selected Japanese ingredients wrapped in a blend of French and Belgian chocolate, is recommended as a gift for adults who want to stand out from the crowd.
