I found a cute blue and orange food truck in the parking lot across from Nakajima Clinic in Futaba-cho, Kai City! I was attracted by the big banner that said "Hamburg steak restaurant," so I went there right away.

This is a novel food truck that serves hamburgers made with 100% Koshu wine beef. The owner, who has around eight years of experience in Tokyo, has made these handmade hamburgers, which are very popular for their easy-to-eat taste! Based in the owner's hometown of Futaba Town, the truck was named "Sunny" with the hopes of becoming a local gathering place and a presence that brightens everyone's day like the sun.

A mix of three types of premium minced Koshu wine beef makes it even juicier. The surface of the meat is browned on a hot plate, then slowly grilled in an open oven, resulting in a plump hamburger steak that retains the flavor and juices of the meat.

There is a small eat-in space next to it, so you can sit down and enjoy your meal. The menu only has one item, the "200g Hamburger Plate," which comes with a large 200g hamburger steak, your choice of toppings (fried egg or cheese), rice, mashed potatoes, and a generous salad, making it a very filling meal.

The moment you cut into it, you'll be amazed by the runny yolk and the juices that spurt out! It's juicy and delicious, bursting with the flavor of the meat! The mild yet rich demi-glace sauce, made to "match rice," is a perfect match for the hamburger steak, and you won't be able to stop eating it.

The red cheddar cheese, with its exquisite balance of hamburger steak, demi-glace sauce, and mild cheese, is also a perfect topping.
