Space Salad, a salad specialty store started by an alien who likes Earth ingredients, is said to have amazing salad weapons! I decided to try them out right away.

I clicked on the roast beef salad named after the alpha star of Taurus, "Aldebaran," and the most popular shrimp and avocado salad, "Crescent Moon and Full Moon." After selecting a date and time, I completed the order and payment, and went to pick it up at the designated location in Chuo City.

When I arrived at the location, the item was handed over in a suspicious looking black shopping bag.

I cautiously opened it, but... what a surprise... it was colorful and delicious!! Just the appearance makes you hungry; it's a fearsome salad weapon! You're pretty damn good.

What's more, you can choose two dressings of your choice for each salad. There are eight different dressings to choose from - grated carrot, spicy mayo, plum shiso, basil, Caesar, sesame, yuzu, and anchovy soy sauce - and they all look delicious!

It is lightly tossed with onion dressing, so if you prefer something lighter, you can eat it as is. I'm in a refreshing mood today, so for "Aldebaran" I chose the carrot "LOVE IT!", which is rich in beta-carotene, and the fruity yuzu-scented "Natsuiro".

The marriage of roast beef and sweet and sour sauce, which shows off the skills of an authentic Italian chef, is like an antipasto course. It is packed with vegetables such as broccoli, edamame, and purple onions, and the fragrant nuts are a nice accent.
