Maruoka Shokudo, where you can enjoy delicious ramen and set meals in Kofu, will open on February 2025, 2! It is relatively easy to find, as you can find it by driving along Heiwa-dori towards Kofu Station and turning right at the intersection of Ise 2-chome.

I thought it might take a bit of courage for a woman to just walk in alone, but when I stepped through the pure white noren curtain, a friendly lady greeted me with a smile ♡ The neat and tidy interior has a tatami room and two counter seats for two.

Judging from the menu, which has words like "garlic" and "back fat" dancing around, the rich ramen seems to be the recommended choice. I was also attracted to the "Yamitsuki Maruoka Ramen", but today I felt like having rice instead of noodles... so I decided to choose from the abundant set menu.

I ordered the "Katsu set meal" because I heard that I could enjoy Yamanashi's brand pork, Crystal Pork.
