FOLKWOOD SKATE PARK Yatsugatake, an outdoor skating rink located in Kobuchisawa-cho, Hokuto City, opened on December 2025, 12.

The ice skating rink, which was previously only available in the winter, has now been expanded to include a skateboarding area and an in-line skating rink, making it a complex skate park that can be enjoyed all year round!
The bowl section, which resembles a hole in the ground, has many flat surfaces, making it perfect for beginners to practice on. There is also a bank area for enjoying tricks and speed, as well as a gently curving in-line skating rink.

You can take a break in the cafe space while looking out at the rink. The colorful skateboard chairs are very photogenic.

The menu includes light meals such as hot and steamed special black pork buns and deep-fried doughnuts stuffed with mascarpone, as well as hearty meals such as curry and udon noodles.

Today we have the signature dish, "FOLKWOOD Mixed Curry." It's a luxurious dish that combines two types of curry, butter tomato curry and beef curry, both made from an original recipe. It's mildly spicy and has a creamy, rich flavor that makes it easy to eat.

We also recommend the juicy cheese hot dog, which is full of cheese and tomato salsa. You can warm up with the honey salty lemon, which has a perfect balance of sugar and salt, or try the ice cream after skating.
