OHC is an acronym for "tea, herbal tea, and coffee." The owner, Keimon Nakazawa, learned about coffee while working at a cafe in Fukuoka and "AKITO COFFEE" in Yamanashi. In addition to coffee, he became interested in the brewing method and depth of tea and herbal tea, and in May 3, he started a kitchen car where you can taste all three!

Each drink is made with two different types of beans or tea leaves, allowing you to enjoy different flavors depending on the season or time of year.
This time, we've picked out OHC tea, herbal tea, and coffee!

First, the coffee that's highly recommended! The beans are from cafes that Nakazawa has encountered so far, and are brewed in his own unique way based on the methods he learned.
On the day of the interview, we tried a light roast coffee from "TASK COFFEE" in Setagaya, Tokyo. It has a mild acidity and a refreshing, calming flavor that warms the heart.
The beans are scheduled to be changed once every two months, so it's nice to be able to enjoy coffee from cafes outside the prefecture that isn't often available in Yamanashi.

Next up is the herbal tea "Kuromoji Kinmokusei" from "noi," a "wild aroma blend from the foot of Mt. Fuji." This carefully brewed cup of tea is made from carefully selected tea leaves, all hand-picked from trees and herbs that grow wild in the forest. The aroma of golden osmanthus, Kuromoji, and the soft flavor of herbs are very gentle, allowing you to take a break.

And the "Yame Tea" that he discovered in Fukuoka has the perfect balance of umami, richness, and sweetness! The refreshing sweetness fills your mouth and goes well with any pairing, such as sweets or rice.
